Formed in 1996 by master musician John Carty, At The Racket is one of Ireland’s most distinctive traditional music groups. Inspired by the infectious spirit of the 1920s and 1930s Irish-American dance bands, the group blends rare historic recordings with fresh, high-energy arrangements.
Featuring an all-star line-up of John Carty, Brian McGrath, Séamus O’Donnell, and Michael McCague, their lively performances bring Ireland’s rich musical heritage to life. Expect an exceptional evening of outstanding musicianship, irresistible rhythms, and timeless traditional tunes.
